F&Q
Do I need to prime surfaces before applying this paint?
Priming is recommended for most surfaces to increase adhesion. Uncoated mineral surfaces should be primed with a deep penetrating primer. New wood should be primed with an acrylic wood primer. Metal surface should be primed with an anticorrosion primer.
Properly prepared, previously coated surfaces may not require priming.
How many coats are typically needed?
For best results, apply 2-3 coats of the Universal Rubber Paint. The first coat is a base coat. Subsequent coats should only be applied after the previous coat is completely dry, but no sooner than 4 hours later.
What is the drying time?
At normal conditions (23°C, 50% RH), the drying period for one coat is around 2 hours. A subsequent coat can only be applied after complete drying of the previous one.
What surfaces is this paint suitable for?
It is intended for decorative and protective coating of slate, tile, ondulin, galvanized steel, aluminum, primed iron, cement, concrete, foam and gas concrete, brick, plastered surfaces, plywood, MDF, cement chipboard, chipboard, wood, gypsum surfaces, etc.
Where can this paint be applied?
It is intended for interior and exterior use. It can be applied on roofs, facades, plinths, metal drain pipes, brick and stone, columns, fences, living rooms, corridors, bathroom walls, kitchens, catering spaces, playgrounds and sports complexes, trade halls, etc.
How can I clean application tools after use?
Rinse tools thoroughly with water immediately after application before the paint dries.
